At Blacksmith, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and offer a 30-day window for returns on all items in their original condition. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help you find a better match or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our forge safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned craftsmanship, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
